I recently moved into Syracuse from Michigan and Concept was recommended to me by a neighbor...now I cannot thank that neighbor enough!
Upon entering the salon I noticed the cleanliness of the salon was second to none, and then I was greeted right away by the most friendliest of staff personnel. I was offered tea (which was great!) and only had to wait an appropriate amount of time for my stylist. ( I was a few minutes early) Billy took the time to consult me as a first time customer and really listened to what I wanted in my hair service. I was extremely happy with the results and next time I am going to take advantage of the massage services that they offer!
I cannot understand how anyone had a bad expierence at this outstanding salon. I will be a life long client!
Pros: Amazing place
