I have been going to the Concept for at least 7 years. A friend recommended it to me for the waxing services...Karin Jean has been doing my brows forever and I have brought several friends there as well. who have alse brought several friends. As far as I'm concerned she's the best in town. A couple years ago Rachel who does my hair left another salon and came to the Concept...I was thrilled to have one stop shopping for all my needs. I have never had anything but GREAT, FRIENDLY SERVICE from everyone there. That includes the people who greet me and make my appointments to Billy, the owner. I always get greeted by name! I have even brought my 8 year old there for her haircuts and she has been welcomed as well.
Pros: The staff, convenient location, Aveda!
Cons: Absolutely none.
