Hello. My son was enrolled in Tiny Bubbles Academy @ 9004 Yellow Brick Rd. It is located in the Golden Ring Area right off of Philadelphia Rd. and Rossville Blvd. and I wouldn't suggest anyone else attend that Academy. I have had the most worst experience with the owner. She is unprofessional and rude. She is a certified ""A-Hole"" if you know what I mean. She embarasses her staff in public and at all cost and she doesn't know how to communicate effectively with parents. She claims that the center is ""State of the Art"" but wouldn't replace a conventional toaster oven! The computer sign-in system is always down or not working, and the back playground needs new equipment. There are cracks in the plastic playground equipment that collect water and in the summer time harvested mosquitoes. My child even came home with a tick! The web cam that they take so much pride in is always malfunctioning. When it was working, I saw that my child was unattended for 10 minutes, just sitting in the room by himself. I was horrified. When I tried calling the center, the phone just rang and rang. I would think that with the rise of tuition instead of a decrease because of the economy is so bad would go towards something. I have never paid so much money in my life for services that weren't up to par. I am not sure what kind of business she is running but she needs to take a look at what is going on around her. Needless to say, I had to disenroll my child due inconsistencies.
Pros: Security code for door, early and late hours
Cons: unprofessional staff and owner, ineffective communication, rudeness, no activities in fall and winter. Paint peeling off wall, holes in wall in c lassroom
