Today my elderly mother took her car in for a repair. This was a simple repair, a window regulator, The repair cost $500.00, Not sure why so much ,since the part once researched from NAPA was only $145.00. and they had it in stock. Your business marked the part up 100%. The damage is done, since she lives on a fixed income our family will come together and make up for the money she felt she had to spend. The other decision is the 3 of us who are in the market for new vehicles are heading out to Courtesy Ford, hope their name fits.
