Review content:
Hunan Springs is one of the best asian cusine restaurants in the Lehigh valley. The menu is a bit better than the common ""general Tso's chicken"" and egg roll theme. Granted, it's not as good as PF Changs or some center city Philly place, but for the LV it is really good. Their beef sates and spring rolls taste homemade, and the entrees are slightly unique. Service is very good, and the wait staff seems to LIKE waiting on you. Drink refills in seconds, but no rushing.

Cons: none really. parking is a bit hard to get to
