Wish I had read these reviews BEFORE I spent my money here. The place looks like it rarely sees a cleaning crew.........there are often 8 or 10 radios blaring - all different stations. More important is the fact that the timers are not accurate - my first two trips I burned in a bed reported to have old bulbs and the next two with new bulbs the timers were 2 minutes off and the bottom bulbs didn't work!!! The kids that work there have no clue how to reach the manager or owner - or worse yet, they have been told not to give out contact information. I have been waiting for 2 days to ask for my money back.
