Bulls is a bar born in the 70's and has survived every interior design boom relatively unscathed. With the exception of some new flooring 15 years back and the frat boy ceiling tiles, it's still the real deal; reliable for cheap beer, loud music and the occasional fight. The bathrooms are classic dive ... thirty years as the low point drain for a bar sporadically famous for the beer slides and you'll realize why cowboys wear boots.
