Review content:
I have been shopping here for 6yrs, and their customer services is excellent. The saleman are very well trained to provide the best service even if you don't buy nothing, because in life you don't want to burn no bridge. I went to many Rolex jewelers, and they were only concern about selling a watch not building a relationship. I am a Rolex collector. I went to Tourneau to get my watch polish, and since i bought it from them, they wanted to charge me over $150(which was a discount). This was a insult to me, what ever happen to customer service after the buying experience. Then they proceeded to try to get me to trade in my watch for a newer watch and when I said no, he took off and went to another customer. Since that experience I decided to try THOMAS MARKLE for my next Rolex purchase. Boy was I in for a surprise, they ask me what I wanted to drink. I was joking around and said ""HENIKEN"" In about 10 to 15 min. there was a cold heniken in front of me. They have wine, liquor, and beers for all their customer but no Heniken. The saleman ask some1 to go to the store and buy some heniken. From that minute I was sold. I bought me a stainless steel diamond dial rolex. I still have that watch till this day, and I religiously go get it polish 2 to 4 time a year. And guess what, it is free and come out looking like brand new. I trusted their effort in still treating me as a customer that I decided to buy my president white gold from them and of course they had Heniken in stock. But the best thing was Mr. Markle gave me the chance to buy a stainless steel DAYTONA, one of the hardest watch to get. I even bought my future wife a 1.81kt diamond ring with a simmon G setting. I was so happy when i saw the ring, but was happier when I was given a bottle of cristal to celebrate that special day. See what building a relationship is all about, it lead to trust. The service after the service. Well if you ever go to Thomas Markle ask for RUBEN, he been my jelwer expert for the last 6yrs. THANK YOU, RUBEN AND MR. MARKLE Pros: good selection of ROLEX
