Businiess name:  Parker Real Estate Management

Review content:
I would avoid having anything to do with Parker. The ceiling in my apartment began leaking in November. They dicked around and did not fix it until February, after I got the building inspector and student legal services involved. They attempted to patch the roof twice, which stopped the leaking for a week or two. The ceiling showed signs that it was replaced before I moved in, hinting to me that it had leaked before and was not fixed. The blinds also have water marks, since if it rains hard, water will come through your windows. The management, a woman named Candy specifically, would constantly lie about when the repairmen were coming to fix the roof. If I had not gotten the city and legal services involved, it would still be leaking today.
