Review content:
I took my clothes to 3900 Broadway on 9/15/09 and went to pick them up on Thursday, 9/17/09. The business was locked and a sign was on the door from the landlord saying that the doors were locked because of defaulting on the lease. My clothes, valued at $600 or more, and many other customer's clothes were still in the facility and a sign was posted saying to call Paul Mauricio at 210.222.0575, owner of Paul Mauricio and Sons; dba Snow White Cleaners. I called him and was instructed to go to another location. When I got there they said that they did not have the clothing and it was at the locked up store at 3900 Broadway. I spoke to Mr. Mauricio and he said there was nothing he could or would do. I called the landlord and he said that he would not open the business to allow people to pick up their clothing until Mauricio paid him. I filed a police case and KENS5 investigative reports did a 6:00 pm TV report on this. After 4.5 weeks I finally retrieved my clothing when the landlord agreed to open the doors for me. DO NOT USE SNOW WHITE!!!!! Cons: Unbelievably bad service, response, and attitude.
