The owner seems nice enough until you try to do business with him!! He is totally scatter brained and terrible to work with. I understand times are tough and he offers contacts and glasses a few dollars cheaper than anywhere else but IT IS NOT WORTH IT, I promise you that! He forgets appointments and does not say what he is going to do. Working with this company is the worst mess I have ever been involved in. Plus the eye doctor, who has got to be at least 85 years old and can barely see himself, got my prescription wrong. The contacts they initially gave me were not right so I went back a 2nd time. They performed an eye exam and got it wrong again! I asked for them just to give me my old prescription strength contact lenses just to get away from these people. I actually asked for my money back first and that wasnt an option apparently. I went back to pick up my contacts at the time he scheduled and no one was there. I called and he was out of town... I called again to pick them up another day. I went to pick them up and instead of having the year supply I ordered, they had one pair to give me. I scheduled an appointment to pick up the rest of the contacts. I called the day of the appointment to let him know I was on my way and he said I never called to make an appointment to pick up them and he only had a pair of them and said for me to pick that up instead and he would order the rest! I said I dont want a pair, I want my year supply! I know I sound like a mean person in all this and dont normally write horrible reviews like this. I am an easy person to work with and I understand things happen in life but enough is enough! I will NEVER work with this company again and urge everyone to do yourselves a favor and find someone else to buy contacts and glasses from.
