Lovingly referred to as ""The Fun House,"" this place was the answer for me to reach my goal of not just getting back to my pre-pregnancy weight, but going beyond to a new level of fitness and toning that I have never experienced before! Work hard and the results come FAST! The trainers are motivating and the workouts are fast paced, and never boring.
This place has all the benefits of a gym, without the ""meat market"" feeI. I love that I can be myself, get encouragement from fellow clients, and get a workout that will keep me feeling the burn for the rest of the day!
Bottom line: I feel good about myself, my clothes fit great, I can keep up with my kids, and the hubby is very pleased with the results. Walnut Women's Bootcamp is just what I needed to get me into the best shape of my life!
