""I would not recommend working with this company. They installed a radiant heat system when I built my house 10 years ago. The owner, Buzz, called the day before they were to start installation, and said they under bid and wouldn't be able to do the project unless they charged more. We had to stay on schedule, so although it was over budget, we agreed to pay more. I have since learned that they did a really poor job on the design and I think we ended up with a very inefficient system even though we paid more. I had a technician come out several months ago to discuss what we could do to improve the system. I paid over $175 for him to come out to review the work and make recommendations. I had one follow up question and after 6 phone messages and 1 e-mail, he has still not gotten back to me. He also promised a bid for an upgrade to a boiler and I have not received that, either. Part of this is that I believe he knows what a lousy job the did originally, and there is really nothing that they can do to fix it. I know they did a good job on an installation for friends of friends, but based on my initial experience, and this more recent one, I would certainly not recommend them. I think that as first time home builders, they really took advantage of us and there is absolutely no excuse for the lack of follow up, more recently.""
