Businiess name:  The Sports Authority

Review content:
i went in to sports authority to refund or exchange my north face back pack. when they told me i could not because i ripped the tag. not knowing this cause as a costumer who got the back pack as a gift assumed you could return it anytime after 90 days for an exchange if not even a refund. i was very disappointed when they could not do anything. now i am stuck with a 200 dollar back pack that makes my back hurt. the north face store was a lot more lenient, they told me i could return it there if only they were still selling it. but unfortunately they weren't. but sports authority was selling it but refused to take it back again cause of tag. who am i suppose to know as a customer to not tear the tag off on a christmas morning of my beloved child hood, thinking that all you really need is a receipt to exchange it. but who to tell me and crush my so belated christmas present dreams of owning a excellent north face backpack to my comfort and liking rather than a expensive unforgiving back breaking backpack. then your very own beloved corporal managers and your so called customer service reps. ( thinking there always on your side) in conclusion i am a very upset youth. thank you. Pros: nothing. Cons: exchange and refunds
