CAN'T SEW STRAIGHT!!!! Why do we get things tailored or altered? It's because we are detail-oriented. If a sleeve is half an inch too long, we want it to look and fit right! I brought in a brand-new Ralph Lauren blazer to get the sleeves shortened. The shortening part was performed adequately. The buttons that had to be sewn back on, however, looked like they were done by a 12 year old. Originally, there were four buttons, she only put back three. When I asked about this, she said she would put on the fourth buttons. However, she was unable to sew the buttons on in a straight line. I tried to explain that I want the buttons in a straight row, she muttered about not doing that. The woman is extremely lazy. She tries to get by with the least amount of labor possible. If you're a person who wants things done right, DON'T come here. HIGHLY UNRECOMMENDED.
