Review content:
I went to East West Bridals today to be measured for a bridesmaids dress. I was in the store for a total of 3 minutes. The woman helping me was kind at first, when she asked if I'd be ordering the dress there and I said no, she turned extremely rude (which I could understand if I took a lot of her time - but I was literally there for 3 minutes). She said it was their policy not to do measurements for other stores. I explained the store is in Cleveland where the bride lives and I have no choice. She rudely told me that ""this is very awkward since you not buying it here"" and that I should have gone to a tailor (fair point). However, I'm in the process of helping my other NJ friend look for places to shop for bridal gowns. How short-sighted of this woman not to understand that though she did not have a sale from me today that I was a potential customer! Well, I will never be back! Good luck getting business with such crappy customer service!
