I'm a newby at the flooring stuff.... but I visited many many showrooms in the Silicon valley. At most places the extent of the Sales reps knowledge was reading the back of the displays, the showrooms were tight and displays hard to get to, and too small to get a good idea and after 15 minutes I had to chase some one down to get any help.
Pros: Hands down the best flooring store in this area
Cons: Some items were not instock, but they honestly represented accurate time frames.
