If you are already renting from this company, take lots of pictures & keep good records or they will steal your money when you leave & say the house was not clean. They do not come when they say they will for repairs unless you keep calling & calling... even then, repairs are done if you are lucky. I do not recommend them at all... I tried my best to be patient with Evelyn, but I think she has too many homes to handle & is grumpy as a result.
Pros: The home was not bad.
Cons: Slow service, poor attitude of manager, took $ that did not rightly belong to them.
