It's a different eating experience alright! My wife and I have eaten here many, many times over the years. The last handful of times this year they have failed to get our order correct even once. We still like the food, but it's like pulling teeth to make it all work. I think they should just go ahead and sit down somewhere and let us prepare our own food ...we already have to do everything else, and we would get it right. How damn hard is it? The last time we came in to eat they fixed all our food to go even though we had a number on our table. After about 30 minutes I went to ask about it. The food had been waiting for about 15 minutes, but no one had a clue what they were doing. What the hell are they smoking? Not sure we'll ever go back, especially if we are in a hurry. They also have never apologised for their mistakes. They just don't care!
