I have been taking my two kitty thier since I got them from a shelter. They have always been super nice and caring and Dr. Heibert is great. One of my cats got very sick and had to be hospitalized, they worked with my on the bill and even got the maker of the vacine to cover some of the cost. They are a bit expensive, but I have never had to pay before they would see my pet. It is like $120 for an after hours emergancy visit...and they go through the costs...before they do additonal treatments.
