One star is way too high!!!
HORRIBLE!!! Do not use them!!!!!! Cannot say enough bad things. Not only did they not get the stains out but then they ruined the fibers of the rug...it looks SHAGGY and DISGUSTING NOW. Buy new instead of EVER calling them.
