I just moved to Gloucester and have searched out several salons in the area, I was very dissapointed in all but one, that one being West End salon and spa. From the moment I walked in the door the staff was very friendly and made me feel at home. The owner gave me a full foil and haircut blowdry, I absolutley love my new look, she is very knowledgable and never in my life have I gotton so many compliments. I highly reccommend this salon, and unlike the previous review this place is one of if not the BEST salon and spa on Cape Ann.
