Reading through a lot of these reviews you can tell when people are just out to bring the company down. I recently bought my Eos from Dick Hannah Volkswagon and couldn't be happier. Samantha the sales person that assisted me couldn't have been nicer. Being a hard top convertable it's definately a nice car to have while going to the beach or a nice drive during the entirity of the year. Customers for Life which I enrolled in was really awesome! Coupled with my three free years of maintainance I get for free! I pretty much never have to pay for service calls for the extent of the next three years. Not to mention I am able to extend my warrenty? Who can beat that. if you are in the Vancouver/Portland area I would definately suggest you go down to the Vancouver Auto Mall and ask to talk to Samantha should you be interested in a Volkswagon!
