Hey Dhvwsucks sorry if you have had bad experiences in Dealerships not all dealerships are the same.One thing i am the person this article was written about and NO i didnt write it i have no reason to do that.This lady came in to my dealership smiling and walked out smiling even though we wasnt able to make a deal with her.You know what i would hate to go to a dealership with crappy customer service also so if you have had that experience im going to appologize for that dealership but i will almost bet it was not a Dick Hannah dealership
