Sure it looks pretty, but the staff is horrible. My nail tech would hardly speak to me and when I tried to be chatty.She just grunted. Finally, I asked her how she liked working at the place and she told me how much she hated it and when into detail about the cookie cutter atmosphere and poor management. An unhappy staff = a miserable manicure. The receptionist looked bored and she couldn't be bothered to answer questions about product. I would not go back.
