I was told by my repair man to buy two items from Fox appliance because they were located close to my home. So I did. When I got to the store there were several reps available. None of them acknowledged I was in the store. I just walked up to the counter and started talking. The gentlemen was unpleasant. He got the parts for me and never mentioned the no return policy. The prices were extremely high compared to competitors. They are only open m-f until 5. I would not recommend to my worst enemy.
Pros: Always have parts in stock
Cons: very rude, no returns
