Ladies, I just had the best experience with Bill , owner of Shag Hair Salon. This cute little boutique salon has it all. Warm staff, martini's, and the best color artist Harrisburg has to offer. Nere, did some one ask me to bring in photos of desired looks. We went over the cut, then he brought out the color swatch book to help me choose my complimentry color shades. I left feeling like a million bucks. Reasonable prices too.
