Review content:
We just bought a home that was listed by the Jan Richey/team and were horrified to find out that it was sold as a move-in ready home only to find out that Jan /owners were personal friends and did not disclose the fact that the carpets were full of dog urine. We emailed Jan to let her know that we should have been told in the sellers disclosure and she said that she would not help us in any way. We were also told that the owners would not clean the house or carpets upon move-in. I would never use Jan based on her unprofessional and rude behavior.
