Review content:
It was easy to schedule an appointment, through the Stanley Steamer website. There were two men who came from the store in New Berlin, WI. They came within the 4 hr window, which was promised. They worked efficiently and asked which furniture I would like moved. They had me inspect every area, before they moved on to the next one. The carpeting looks great and dried quickly. My only irritation was that they tried to sell upholstery cleaning, scotchguarding, spot cleaner, area rugs etc. That can really add to the bill. I would recommend them to my friends.
