We visited the Village Cafe on 7-18-09 for the first time. We went in with no expectations as this is a relatively new restaurant and is still not very busy. We are so happy we finally tried them out because we had a fabulous experience. Our waiter was very attentive and steered me toward the wine flight. Great deal - $9.50 for samples of 4 wines. (It was supposed to be 2 oz a glass, but I got closer to half a glass for each.). My spouse had Duvel that was only $15 for a giant bottle. I had a Caesar salad that was huge and had very good homemade dressing. We got the prime rib and a shrimp & pasta dish. Both were very flavorful and very reasonable priced. I would highly recommend trying out the newest member of the Smyrna Village. Pros: Attentive waitstaff, reasonable priced entrees
