Review content:
I went here for lunch on a Friday a week and a half prior to Mardi Gras. The first thing we noticed were the exorbidant prices. $16 for a dozen raw oysters, and it was obvious that the money wasn't going toward decor. The place is set up like a soda fountain. We should have left then, but we thought perhaps these oysters were carefully selected and that's why they were so expensive. Turns out they're not. They were acceptable at best, and this was a really good year for oysters. I'd hate to see what they serve in a bad year. Our server was sarcastic, surly, and very hard to find. She managed to stretch a raw oyster lunch out to over an hour. When we finally got the check, it was obvious to us why the service was so bad...there's an automatic 15% gratuity!
Cons: Horrible Service
