Review content:
We took my truck in for a few minor things given to them on a list. The truck was running just fine, but needed a replacement windshield wiper motor, and general tune up. We could not get a written estimate at the time. When the truck was ready, work was done that was not needed or authorized. We disputed the additonal work and cost, attempted to leave my truck and just get back into my car, Tommy would not let me back out my car, creating a hostage situation and I had to call the police. This simple work cost almost $1,000.00. Won't go back to him, but will go to court.
