I am a very forgiving customer in general, and I'm not hard to please, but when I spend $1,600 on an item that's in stock, I'd like to know when it ships. And if I call back to ask, the response ""when we charge your card, it's shipped"" is awfully weak.
I've never dealt with an organization that did less to deserve my business, and I wish I'd read some reviews before giving them my money. Like they were doing me a favor by letting me order from them. Terrible buying experience.
Pros: Good inventory (for what I wanted), good prices
Cons: Shipping process is a joke, and customer service is absent!
