I went into this store today to have 12 items framed for our company's office and left with all but one piece of our artwork vowing to not waste my money with this store. Upon arrival, the 1st gentleman to start helping us out was pretty helpful. However, in the middle of the order, he had to leave for his other job and handed us over to his coworker, Jesse. From there, it just went downhill quickly. We needed a lot of guidance on how to frame 11 pieces of artwork to match some existing frames and mats (examples were brought to show them). He grew increasingly annoyed with us and let us know we were inconveniencing him by having to wait on us (btw we were the ONLY customers in that dept at the time). He was argumentative, constantly pointed out how expensive each thing would be that we wanted to do (we never said we were on a budget) and kept saying that he didn't have time to 'do that' right now though not once did we ask him to do anything today or even this week. I got the lasting impression that they definately do NOT want any new business or customers and go out of their way to be unhelpful and leave a bad taste in customers' mouths. Even when I finally mentioned we would just take these pieces somewhere else b/c it seems like they just didn't have time for our order, they did nothing to try to recapture our business. And just so you know, we were not at all being difficult, only wanted a black frame with a white mat, were happy to wait however long the process of the order took (2 wks +) and were only at the counter for less than 30 minutes before we just gave up and left. They have definately lost our framing business and we'll be happy to patron another framing place who not only WANTS our business but more importantly APPRECIATES it and our money. Pros: great seasonal products Cons: lack of customer appreciation, store usually seems somewhat dirty, always short staffed
