I should have known when i went in and it was kind of empty. Two stylists were asleep in their chairs maybe b/c they are lazy or they did not have clients... or maybe both. Jecob did the coloring and it was terrible; he splashed it all over my arms! AND he did not listen to what colors and texture styling I wanted. I think he just did whatever he felt like doing. I paid $350 for highlights.. i asked over the phone and they said starts at $105.. how does that jump to $350!? Jecob has a strange method of tapping the foils with the comb which is annoying cuz the comb hits my head at times. do NOT go here for coloring! the coloring was below average to mediocre at best and for a much higher price than a lot of other places i've gone to!
Cons: not talented, rude staff, staff sleeping on the job
