My experience ine leasing an apartment with kristin was a very pleasant one. I have not lived in an apt. for over 40 yrs. And was very frightened by the prospect of living in one at my age. Kristen showed me many apts. Over a period of time and was very patient with me. Finally I was at the point I needed one within a month. She showed me one she thought might be just what I needed, I told her I would take one like that and she said there would be one available for me within 15 days and drove me by it to see it, a big patio right across from the nature reserve and very quiet area for the most part. She helped me through the paper work explainging everything as we went along. A few weeks later I came in and gave them my deposits and first months rent payment. When I came in at the time Kristen was out with a potential resident and another young lady helped me until Kristen got back and took over. I liked the way they helped each other out and didn't let you sit and wit till she came back. Great Team Work. Kristen explained everything including water/trash and parking and my choices for TV entertainment, internet service and electric. I never felt as though she was trying to avoid telling me about anything or hiding anything from me. She was very upfront about everything. She took time to answer my questions and I was very pleased with the whole experience. I have recommended her to several friends who will be moving this year and will continue to do so if I head of anyone else looking for an apartment. Kristen is a great asset to your company.
