Doug was very easy to get on with and was able to come round to fix our dishwasher within a day of our calling him. You phone his number, leave a message and he calls you back within a couple hours. He came round when he said that he would and fixed our dishwasher like he said he would. I am happy to recommend him without reservation.
Pros: Quick service, reliable, not overpriced
Cons: You need to leave a message on ansafone.
