This place needs a reality check. The food is overpriced, and not at all original or tasty. Whenever I venture in, hoping to find something new and better tasting than my last trip to Allechante, I find the same old, same old. The baked goods and prepared foods are bland, and the service is ridiculous. I don't feel as if I am walking in to a lovely, fragrant bakery/cafe with fresh foods, but a pretentious, absurd hipster hangout that doesn't really live up to its expectations. I can deal with pretentious, as long as the food is good. It's not.
