Review content:
It is interesting that the only other reviews are the same person twice having a copy and pasted review.
After having lived here for a few months, it is obvious that the staff and office personnel are poorly trained and not capable of managing an apartment complex. They are rude and unresponsive to issues. The grounds are dirty and not maintained. On move in they told me I could pay rent with a credit card (for points), and the first month was paid with one. The second month they claimed no such thing was possible.
This is a nice complex that has been allowed to decay and remains unregulated. Someone threw their steel barbecue into the street and it sat there for a week. The office staff made 6 promises to deal with it. I finally cleaned it up, so I could use the road.
