Businiess name:  Crossroads Irish Pub
Review by:  citysearch c.
Review content:
I live practically across the street from Crossroads and often have daydreams that it was better. The food is pretty good pub fare, but is consistently slow on the delivery. The biggest problem is the smoke. I go out several times a week to bars and clubs, so, for the most part, I have learned to accept it. But for some reason, poor ventilation, poor design, and/or chain smoking clientele the upstairs (the more 'bar' like environment) is consistently almost unbearably smokey. Also, contrary to what is written, this place seems to be more of a blue collar hang out (odd for a back bay location) than a college hang out. That, of course, is good or bad depending on your stance. Pros: Darts, Food Specials, 2 levels Cons: Smokey, Marginal Atmoshpere
