I brought my 1989 Ford Bronco II in to have the drive shaft replaced. I bought into the bs the better business bureau put out for these guys & unfortunately took my Bronco there. They put the drive shaft in & the following week. I took it out on the road & the vehicle shook violently after I got up to 40mph. I took it back to them & complained to mr. FINK personally. He got real rude! He told me that they wouldn't correct the problem & when I started to argue with him about backing their work, I suddenly found myself surrounded by 6 or 7 of his employees. They threatened to ""kick the hell out of me"". Having a bunch of guys circling you & smacking their fists into the palm of their other hand is threatening, obviously, so I got the hint & left before they did to me what they threatened to do. I took my Bronco to another outfit & they were able to fix the problem immediately--certified transmissions put the damned drive shaft in BACKWARDS!!! I not only will never let them work on anything I own, but I will NEVER trust in the Better Business Bureau again!
