Not recommended if they were last contractor on earth. They fudge paperwork and insurance work. They use out of state contractors in states that require in-state workers. Owner is rude and does not know how to handle customer relationships.
Pros: our company will never work with them again.
Cons: they try to work on verbal approvals and will not pay change orders when work is done
