Review content:
Live here for the second year and nothing gets done, the people who run this place don't have a clue about what happens around here. Half the apartments are empty, and some haven't been upgraded because they don't have the money to fixed them. They charge too much for rent and you get nothing in return for the price. They claim they have two pools and place for parties, but its a lie, they have nothing for a family here. This place is so bad that if you want anything done they tell you it won't work. They are more interested in trying to get people with good credit and they promise all the things. then when you moved in, nothing is open and the people don't cared about your personal needs in this complex. The management that work here are so stupid that don't care about your needs and are only here to goof off during the day, need to lower prices and try to fix things here.
Pros: Clean outside grounds, clean streets
Cons: no pool, no marina, no place to have a gathering
