I've been a customer of Robertson's for the past 8 years. I am finally canceling my service with them today. Problems included: not picking up trash, not picking up recycle, picking up one but not the other. Each time this happens I call in (they say they?ll make a note) and the next week -same issue. I call back up -they have no notes of the last call. This has happened OVER AND OVER again over the course of the last 8 years. The last straw was last month - my recycle bin was stolen and I called them to get it replaced. Again they gave me the (it's been noted line) and of course, 2 weeks later and still no recycle bin. This company floors me with their complete lack of attention to their customers. You?ve been warned.
