I just recently received my order after waiting for weeks. When I called I automatically wanted to say a few words to whomever was on the other end but I was greeted very well after speaking to a gentleman stating that he was the new General Manager and that the store was under new management and that he was eager to accommodate me the best way he could. I was not falling for it at first because I thought is was just all BS but I was reassured that my product would be shipped to me as soon as possible and that they would even throw in a t-shirt and some mats for my troubles. He told me that the person before was no longer there and that things were expedited differently now, so I agreed to wait and I'm glad I did. I got my turntables and the items promised. I was just in the store last week to buy some speakers and they helped me pick the one that suited me the best and the service was GREAT!! A few weeks ago I wanted nothing to do with them anymore but now they totally proved me wrong. I'm posting this because I know that there are people like me waiting and I've read the reviews but I totally recommend this store. They have a good selection of equipment and they won me over.
