The WORST WORST WORST ever. Booked ride to LAX, driver called 5 minutes PAST scheduled time and said he was 20 minutes away. 30 minutes later, he calls and says almost there. 20 minutes after that he calls and is on the wrong street. Finally gets to my street, says he is at ***** house number, can't find mine. He was at the BEGINNING of my street, all he had to do was DRIVE down ten driveways. OH...when I called dispatch after he called me the first time I said, ""Your driver JUST called, 5 minutes after our time and he is still 20 minutes away."" Their response? ""Oh, is that a problem?"" WHAT?! NEVER EVER AGAIN!
