I asked the receptionist if the insurance had authorized the appointment. They first told me to call the medical group. I called twice. Medical group says they approved the request. Later, one of receptionists Tracy called me and said she did lots of work to get my request approved. I asked what did you do? They said they made 2 calls and also checked status of approval online. --That's so called "a lot of work", they argued, "you made calls, you know it takes a lot of work", I was like, what? 2 calls- a lot of work, I only spent few minutes. They exaggerating what they do. They also screwed up missing one request to the insurance, I ended up paying one of the visits, they said once the insurance gives us the money, they would pay me back. They never did it. Bunch of liars. But, I have to say Dr. Wei seems to be nice guy.
