Ron from Lane Hardwood Floors did our floors. He was great and very easy to work with. He was easy to communicate with. When we picked out the color, I just felt really at ease with the thought of him being in my home, since we would be out of town while the work was being done. He even prepared us on what to expect when we came back, and let us know that we would need to air it out.
It was terrific. There was one little area I had questions about, and Ron came back out and immediately fixed it. We are entirely pleased with the whole experience.
We went to the Yellow Pages and choose 3 companies to give us bids. We found Brad to be the most upfront with us, and he was a very good communicator too. He went over our options, whether there had to be sanding etc. Also, he was very prompt in emailing back and forth and seemed willing to listen and respond to our ideas. Between Brad and Ron, we couldn't have had a better experience.
