These guys are crooks!!!!! Suffering from an emergency repair on the 101 freeway, I turned to AAA for a reliable repair shop. After having my car towed to this shop I was told I would receive an estimate the next day. When they called back they told me it was the starter and the repairs would be close to $400.00. We called another shop and told them what happened. Running cars do not die due to a bad starter but it was the alternator that needed repair. The other shop was half the price and provided a solid guarantee. Alejandro tried to charge me $85.00 for the FREE ESTIMATE and REFUSED to release my car because he knew he was caught in a lie and I was taking it to another shop. I am also a woman he thought he could run over. Only after threatening to report them to Bureau of Automotive Repairs, Google and AAA did he see the light. Additionally when the other tow truck arrived Alejandro refused to help push the car out his stall and acted like a child. He did finally come over when my car was in the street and pushed it 1 foot. Too bad Alejandro I am filing the reports because you're a crook and try to take advantage of people.
