My brother bought my mom a lift chair and she was to sick to go to valencia healthcare supply and try it so he paid for it and they delivered it. She could not use it, it was to big for her small size. We called back the next day and basically they said tough luck! They would not exchange it for a smaller one or return it, even though the receipt said 2 days and full refund. I talked with Joe and he was so rude! I will never buy anything for my mother there again. I have a new $1050.00 lift chair that she will never use, we had to buy a smaller one from another company. shame on them!
